PROCESS
How it works
From sending a document to receiving a stamped, delivered translation — here's every step, stated plainly.
PROCESS
-
Tell us the job
Send the document, or describe the audio/video length and the service you need. Arrived from a service page? The details are already pre-filled.
-
See the price and choose a turnaround
The published rate and the estimator give you a figure immediately. Choose Standard (3–5 business days), Priority (48 hours, +25%) or Express (24 hours, +40%).
-
We translate, check, and — where needed — stamp
A human translator works on your document. Legal, medical and technical jobs get a dedicated terminology/QA pass; sworn documents get the stamp and signature step that makes them valid.
-
You receive it
Delivered digitally by default. Need a stamped paper original? Choose certified courier within Spain (€9.90) or collect it from our Torelló office, free.
QUALITY
How we check a translation before it's delivered
Every job is translated by a linguist working in the relevant subject area — legal, medical, technical, financial or creative — never a generalist handling everything. Legal, medical and technical work gets a dedicated second-pass check specifically for terminology and figures, not just fluency; sworn documents go through the stamp-and-signature step described on that service page. We can't display a certification badge we don't hold — what we can commit to, and what you can ask about on any order, is this stated process.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Do you use machine translation?
No job on this site is machine-only. Every translation is produced by a human linguist working in the relevant subject area; legal, medical and technical work additionally gets a dedicated second-pass check.
What happens if I need a correction after delivery?
If an institution flags a genuine formatting issue on a sworn document, we correct it at no extra cost. For other services, tell us what’s wrong and we’ll review it — see our Refund & Cancellation Policy for how this is handled.
Can I collect a stamped document in person?
Yes — choose "Collect at the Torelló office" at checkout, free of charge, during our stated opening hours.
