These Terms & Conditions govern the use of gotranslate24.com and the purchase of translation, interpreting, transcription and subtitling services from gotranslate24 (GoTranslate24, S.L., Carrer de Manlleu, 117, 08570 Torelló, Barcelona, Spain, tax ID B-12345678). By placing an order or submitting an enquiry through this site, you accept these terms.
1. The services
gotranslate24 sells ten priced language services — Sworn/Certified Translation, Legal Translation, Medical & Healthcare Translation, Technical Translation, Business & Financial Translation, Website & Software Localization, Marketing & Transcreation, Interpreting, Transcription, and Subtitling & Audiovisual Translation — each with a published unit price, a minimum order, and Standard/Priority/Express turnaround options, as shown on the relevant service page and on the Pricing page. Prices are shown excluding 21% Spanish IVA, which is added at checkout.
2. Placing an order
Orders are placed through this website’s cart and checkout. An order is confirmed once you complete checkout and receive an order reference and confirmation; gotranslate24 then invoices the order separately. Placing an order through this site does not require you to also submit an enquiry through the contact form — the two routes serve different needs (a priced, standard service versus a genuinely bespoke job the rate card cannot price).
3. Pricing and payment
Prices are calculated from the published rate for the selected service, the quantity you enter, and the turnaround multiplier (Standard ×1, Priority ×1.25, Express ×1.40), with the service’s stated minimum order applied where it exceeds the calculated total. The payment step on this site is currently a demonstration: no real card data is collected, transmitted or stored by this website. Orders are confirmed and invoiced by gotranslate24 directly; payment arrangements are confirmed with you at that stage until a live payment processor is connected.
4. Delivery
Digital delivery (by email) is included in the published price. Certified hard-copy delivery by courier within Spain (€9.90) and collection at our Torelló office (free, during our stated opening hours) are available as delivery-method options at checkout. Turnaround times run from business days (Monday–Friday, excluding Spanish public holidays) as stated for the chosen tier.
5. Accuracy and acceptance by third parties
We prepare every translation, and in particular every sworn translation, to meet the format and content that the requesting institution typically asks for. We cannot guarantee that a third party — a court, university, consulate, employer or any other institution — will accept a document, since that decision rests with them. If an institution identifies a genuine formatting issue with a sworn or certified document we produced, we will correct it at no extra charge.

7. Confidentiality
Documents you submit are shared only with the translator(s) and reviewer(s) working on your order. See our Privacy Policy for the complete data-handling statement.
8. Intellectual property
The translation we deliver to you is yours to use for the purpose you ordered it for. The website’s own content, design, logo and code remain the property of gotranslate24.
9. Limitation of liability
Except where required otherwise by Spanish consumer-protection law (Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2007), gotranslate24’s liability for any order is limited to the price paid for that order. gotranslate24 is not liable for a third party’s decision to accept or reject a translated document, or for delays caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control.
10. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be submitted to the courts of Barcelona province, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection venue that applies to you as a consumer.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time; the version in force is the one published on this page at the time you place your order.
